Fast Payments & Contributions

Owner disbursements are made by the 10th of each month. We also offer the option to receive your monthly disbursement via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) at no added cost.

Tenant Relations

We take care of it all! From rental application processing, to thorough lease review for tenants. We also prepare lease execution: collection of initial move-in monies.

Move-In Inspections

We provide Move-in inspection of the property’s condition at occupancy—signed by both tenant and property manager.

Marketing

Our marketing services include design and Placement of advertising and a dedicated webpage for vacant properties, until rented.

Showings

We handle rental inquiries and show vacant properties Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm. We also do a weekly vacant property check.
